Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items (including custom formicaria and 3D printed components) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@antforma.coma.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. These charges are non-refundable by AnTForma.
